- Professional – $89.99 per month. This plan includes 12 hours of assistant’s time per month, 100 US phone calls, a toll-free US phone number, inbound and outbound US phone calls ($7.50/hour).
- Complete – $199.99 per month. This plan includes 25 hours of assistant’s time per month, with unlimited US phone calls and all the services included in the Professional plan ($8/hour).

- Start-Up – $649 per month. This plan includes 80 hours of assistant’s time per month.

Awesome service, I have used the service several times, their assistants are very professional and skilled in different areas. They also offer a free trial where you can try the service or train your assistant without investing any money on it.
I strongly suggest that you set up a work plan before hiring them, because once you start using the service you will not want to stop!
I have worked with Andrea and Jessica and they both have great attitude and skills.
Do not use. I think one guy works here. He barely answers the phone. I asked if I could get another account manager, but they acted like everyone in the whole company was busy.
I used the service and trained an assistant to help with 1 simple task. She said she would get it done my the end of the day. The end of the day came and she told be she would get to it Monday morning. Who does that? I really need her to get my task don’t that day. She gave me no heads up that it would not be done. She ended up being a disappointment.
I email Joe Parra, the account manager. I am still waiting on a call or an email to address my concerns with is worker. Still nothing.
This company is a wait of time.
