About Virtudesk
The company’s assistants are home-based across the globe, with most of them working out of the Philippines.
The company is run by Pavel Stepanov, CEO, Fatima Patricia Pablo, Operations Manager, and Roan Kris Yboal, Client Relations Manager.
VirtuDesk provides virtual assistants to entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, investors, brokers, and agents, in the real estate industry. They specialize in admin support, marketing, prospecting, and transaction coordination.
When you sign up with Virtudesk you’ll be assigned a dedicated assistant based on your requirements. It’s then up to you to communicate what you need done and build on the relationship.
Services
VirtuDesk’s assistants can carry out any remote tasks, but they group their services into 4 areas of specialization to give you an idea of how to best utilize their skills:
- Prospecting and Lead Nurturing – Their assistants are trained as internal sales agents. They will manage, organize, and nurture your leads.
- Administrative and Office Support – They will manage your calendar, do data entry, and any general admin tasks.
- Marketing and Public Relations – They will manage your social media accounts, write blog posts, carry out SEO tasks, website management and more.
- Real Estate Transaction Coordination – Their assistants are trained to oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions.
If you have a steady stream of work in any of the areas their assistants specialize in, it’s a good opportunity to get a running start instead of training a new assistant from the ground up yourself — as you may have to with a more general VA company.
I recommend contacting a member of their team and seeing how their skill sets line up against the type of tasks you’re looking to outsource.

Virtudesk have 4 different plans depending on the services you want, and each comes with separate part-time and full-time hourly rates.

Virtudesk is also happy to put together a custom package if none of the above meet your requirements.
VirtuDesk Alternatives
There are plenty of options if you’re looking for other virtual assistant companies using staff in the Philippines.
OnlineJobs.ph and Task Bullet offer very competitive rates and a good deal of positive feedback, so I recommend checking them out for comparable quotes.
Closer to home, I know Uassist.ME (El Salvador) works with lots of real estate industry clients as well.
Your Turn
Have you worked with VirtuDesk? If so, please take a moment to leave a review below to help others with their decision.
This company should change Christy Duque as their HR. I’m sure everyone has a bad experience with her.
The process here is so bad and unprofessional. People tends to think that they are superior but you can assess that they are just so so and wanna be. Great that I didnt use their service.
The company provided benefits that other companies can’t provide, great people to work with and a non-toxic environment. Looking forward to more years with VirtuDesk!
Treats their people well. Highly recommended. Their VAs are well trained aswell.
This is a good company. All are process are structured. VA’s are disciplined and with working with integrity.
This company is bad. They deduct money from you. They only give you stress at work while you work keeping clients pay VD and then VD deducts money from you. Vf only pays $3 per hour for GVAs and only $5 for EVAs. They will also remove you from the company if you dont het hired for a month. The management has no protection to the employees no benefits no bonuses no protection. VERY NOT RECOMMENDED.
horrible company with people in workforce acting almighty and powerful
Absolute disaster working with this company. They didn’t do anything they said they would do and have fees for everything. I was placed with a very professional and good VA, except she wasn’t trained to do absolutely any of the tasks I had told virtudesk I needed. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere for a VA service. An absolute nightmare of an experience!
This place is a scam!! I was told I’d be getting 2 to 3 listing appointments per week, I’m almost to the end of my 90 day contract and haven’t gotten a single appointment. The training the va’s get are insufficient to say the least. And when I spoke to the person that signed me up, he said that he’d talk to the head of the company and get back to me. That was a couple weeks ago and now he won’t answer my calls. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It’s a scam!!!
