I hired them a couple of years back and thinking because they are US based I would get quality work. NOPE. My assistant was seemingly new to doing social media management and what’s upsetting for any paying customer is the expectation to understand that the assistant has kids and can only be available at certain times YET if work is undone or delayed that doesn’t change the fact I an charged for services.
When deciding that the hours I paid for was getting eaten up due to below average work I wanted my money back. Of course they said no. $1300 dollars and no real completed work to show for it.
In my opinion do not use them. When I informed Danielle the owner of the coupon here that was given she didn’t want to honor it citing this was years when the offer was given. She did eventually, but it wasn’t worth hiring them for services.

I had a not-so-great experience with this company. The exploratory discussions were great, the agreement process seemed nicely buttoned up. I asked a lot of questions before committing, and everything sounded good.
Then I was matched with my new VA, and she was a disappointment on a couple of critical things.
I notified the manager/owner that I would like to be matched with someone else. She said “no problem”, but asked if could first tell her what went wrong with the first VA, so that she could better match me the second time. So I did that, and I never heard from her again.
That was it. She didn’t send me anyone else or offer me any explanation as to why she wasn’t doing so. She didn’t officially end the relationship either, she simply stopped corresponding.
I find this rather unprofessional and an immature way to deal with something.
If she wasn’t able to meet my needs, she could have simply said so and ended things more professionally.

They have experts in all the areas — newsletter, social media, etc. and I have specific people I work with all the time. They make a great team and they make my life SO much easier. Not to mention that their fees are very reasonable. All in all an excellent company.
I wanted you to know that Jo went WAY beyond the beyond in supporting me MASSIVELY today. Unfortunately, without meaning to or even realizing it, I threw her into the deep end with a leaky life preserver, but she swam anyway – and beautifully!
