How VaVa Virtual Assistants Works

VaVa’s U.S.-based specialized team consists of Executive Assistants, Digital Marketers, Website Designers, Graphic Designers, Bookkeepers and Content Writers, who are seasoned professionals in their specific fields.

Depending on service needs, clients are paired with dedicated assistants that work on accounts long-term, allowing relationships between the client and assistants to flourish in order to maximize the benefits.

Here’s the general process for working with a VaVa virtual assistant.

  1. A member of their team will talk through what you’re looking for from your virtual assistant.
  2. You will be introduced with your virtual assistant with a kickoff call.
  3. You start assigning tasks to your assistant and communicating with them directly.
  4. Your assistant reports back with completed tasks.


With VaVa offering a vast variety of services under one roof, business owners have no need to search for various other companies or professionals to fulfill each service.

Additionally, each VaVa team member is vetted by an Internal Recruiter to ensure the best fit with clients.

Plans and Pricing

VaVa Virtual Assistants do not have any set plans or hourly rates; packages are customized based on your needs.

Melanie explained, “We offer monthly retainer options, block of time options, and hourly options.” A typical client engagement is generally in the $1000-1500 per month range, but of course could vary if you need more time or specialized skills.

All of these packages come without any long-term commitments or contracts.

For the sake of reference, the average for US-based virtual assistant support tends to be in the $25-45 an hour range.

    This company sent me an offer letter for hire and asked for 3 references. I sent them 4 and a letter of recommendation. They asked me to send them a specific reference’s information of a client that I previously worked for. This is an exclusive client and I didn’t want to disclose her information and they retracted my offer letter. I have never heard of a company telling you who to use as a reference, I thought that was at the applicant’s discretion.
