The challenge in finding a viable alternative to Prialto is that not many competitors have this level of specialization and infrastructure.

With companies like Zirtual, Uassist.ME, or even other firms in the Philippines, you might one day achieve the level of integration and sales support Prialto promises, but I imagine it will take some time investment in training.

When picking a virtual assistant, you have to get a better trained or quality individual than what you would have gotten if you were hiring from your general market. I see this as true in my case. However, I would not use Prialto again. Embracing the new world, I had my company invest in as many virtual tools as I possibly could, and I trained up that PA in its use. Our organization as able to accomplish things that would not have happen otherwise However, the PA is not my employee, so therefore, at the end of my one year agreement, my PA was to be moved to another person. I couldn’t pay more to keep her, and all the manhours of training went to another employer without any recourse. Left to retrain another PA, I dropped the service, and I will never use it again in this manner.
I was paired with a PA in a recent contract – he is one of the best colleagues I have had the pleasure of working with at both the Fortune 500 level and in niche consulting. He is extraordinarily professional, mature beyond his years and has an EQ / IQ higher than I have witnessed in many. We are in a world where strong talent is not easy to come by. I find him to be a diamond in the ruff of human capital. If he was in my part of the US, I’d recommend him for hire or management. 10 / 10 I would recommend using Prialto.
Don’t make my mistake and wait to bring help until you don’t have any leftover bandwidth. If I would have started sooner with Prialto, I would be making more money and enjoying the process of creating instead of being tied up with minutia. Prialto is my (not so secret) secret weapon.
The PAs and EMs are on point. Professionalism is table stakes in this business. Prialto recruits and trains their people to go way above and beyond. My PA takes initiative daily helping me perform at the top of my game with my clients and prospects.
The whole system is set up for maximizing efficiency and minimizing service interruptions with personal assistants and engagement managers working in teams to provide secondary backup in case my main assistant is out of the office.
– Lead research (I gave them a list of 300 companies and the titles of the people we sell to, she researches to find emails and contact info and maintains the data in our CRM tool).
– Outbound email campaigns (Each week she targets X new companies, and follows up with companies that have previously been contacted but haven’t yet responded).
– Calendar management (Any time I need help scheduling a call, I copy her on the email and she works behind the scene to set it up).
Overall i can’t be more pleased. My PA is on top of everything, makes me look good every day. What’s better than that?!
My Prialto Assistant and team acts as fully loaded sales assistant at a fraction of the cost. They have helped our sales organization at EliteSEM achieve an opportunity pipeline which is 100% updated. This gives me visibility into the current health of our pipeline and also lets me dive deeper into things like which channels and product divisions are performing the best.
Getting started with Prialto was straightforward and they helped drive most of the setup. Prialto’s Engagement Manager optimized our instance of Salesforce to fit our business and helped us carefully migrate our sales teams existing data. One of the best parts of working with Prialto is that my Prialto Assistant Sherby does a great job to proactively interface with my sales team to make sure all sales activities have been logged for accurate reporting. She lets me focus on higher value tasks while only circling me in on the action items which need my attention.
I feel comfortable they are handling our work securely from their managed offices. Even if my primary assistant is out for the day, they have trained backups who are able to keep our work moving forward.

This level of backup support ensured strong continuity, and I was secure that every person working with me was on the same page. If there were any issues, there was an efficient response to the problem.
