Virtual Assist USA is one of the largest VA operations in the US. Based in Pittsburgh PA, the company has been in business since 2007.

Today, founder Danielle Cuomo oversees a team of 60 VAs who work from home in every time zone across the country. How it Works

Virtual Assist USA uses a team-based approach that’s heavy on the collaboration. Danielle explained she’s tried to build a company culture that fosters a lot of communication and makes for a healthy breeding ground for ideas.

 

And since they’re after a long-term relationship with their clients, Virtual Assist USA strives to become partners in their clients’ businesses and integrate themselves into their processes. For example, instead of idly waiting for tasks to come in, they’ll hold proactive strategic planning meetings to discuss the clients’ goals and the direction of the engagement.

Plans and Pricing

Virtual Assist USA has three different pricing options:

  • Option 1: $39 per hour, pay as you go. This is a pay-as-you-go rate and requires no minimum hours so it is best for clients who have a one-time, small project.
  • Option 2: 15 hours for $525 ($35/hour). This option offers a $60 savings for 15 hours purchased in advance. These hours never expire.
  • Option 3: 25 hours for $725 ($29/hour). This is our most affordable rate and offers our biggest savings at $250 for 25 hours purchased in advance. These hours never expire.

The pay-as-you-go option lets you dip your toes into the world of remote delegation without any minimum requirements, and unused hours on the other Virtual Assist USA plans rollover month to month.
