Peachtree VA is a US-based virtual assistant company supplying highly-skilled, dedicated virtual assistants to support entrepreneurs and small businesses nationwide as well as some international clients.

The company is headquartered in Ohio. All of Peachtree VA assistants work remotely across the United States.

The company started operations in 2015 and was originally founded by Raquel Wilson, and the CEO is John McKenna.

Peachtree VA’s mission statement is, “To do what needs doing, solve what needs solving, and create what needs creating — making success simpler, smoother, and sweeter for every client, every day.”

All of Peachtree VA’s assistants have at least 2 years of experience when hired, and have access to a library of resources and mentors to hone their administrative skills.  All candidates move through a 6-step screening process and must complete an FCRA compliant background check. 

Peachtree VA told me their target customers are busy leaders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, minority-owned and operated businesses, non-profits, and start-ups.

Their personalized  approach to matching each client with the best fit assistant allows every  client to receive individualized attention regardless of the size of the client’s business.

How Peachtree VA Works

To start working with Peachtree VA, you’ll need to fill out a short form to schedule a free consultation.

During this consultation call, a member of their team will understand where the pain points and gaps are in your organization. They’ll help you define what you’re looking for in a virtual assistant and how they can help.

Should your company be a good fit for Peachtree VA, they will provide you with a dedicated virtual assistant. They have a large team enabling them to find a VA with the skills required to carry out your tasks.

There is a one-time onboarding fee of $350. You can then choose from various hourly packages to cover the number of assistant hours you anticipate requiring on a month-to-month basis (*subject to terms and conditions, and executed contract).
