They have done some work for us at http://www.mebillion.com and it was ok. You just have to stay on them. Service levels can be quite good but you need to be proactive and monitor everything.
This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I cancelled before the trial period ended, they are ignoring my emails and refuse to give me my money back. I had to email them several dozen times just to cancel the service. The customer service is terrible. The content it something that you can literally find and post yourself with a few hours of content planning. Kyle and Teresa were the 2 people I dealt with and the communication was THE WORST.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don’t do it.

I canceled services yet they charges my account forbyet another month. Filed a case with the BBB but the company said I didnt fit thier guidelines for them to refund my money.
About the services. Thier marketing efforts are sub par. Posted to the wrong accounts or didnt post at all. Took 3 to 4 weeks to even get startes after they said it would take a few days.
Move on to another company and save yourself the headache

3. Did not convey my message as instructed
4. Bad communication and cannot get anyone on the line or to answer my multiple emails
5. I just cancelled the service.

The service is terrible, the website is broken, the platform is terrible, and the quality of content is awful What a mistake. On top of everything, they wpuld not honor their guarantee. Run, do not even bother!
Joining the reseller program because I have too many social media client requests to manage, but after reading the reviews I don’t think I will be risking my companies reputation with subpar irrelevant/generic blog links to my clients page.
Our clients are happy to pay $1500/month for excellent results. I knew $99 was too good to be true, but kudos for trying!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Terrible quality content at best. Their writers clearly do not proof articles they post. On numerous occasions their writers posted content that was not only inappropriate, but down right slanderous for my client.

The Global Retail Sales Manager could not have been nicer! We love the all of the changes and progress $99 Social has made lately with regard to their content, writers, etc. Their services save me SO much time and energy. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about!
This company is horrible. The have no clue what they are doing. I started in June and they posted for two months nothing relative to our business but at least they did something. Now, I found out they have not posted content for 4 months. They agreed to refund my November cost but not the other three months that when they did nothing. They claim a link was broken and they emailed me to correct. That is not correct as I save all emails for seven years. What I did receive from was monthly welcome letters which I couldn’t understand why they would be sending me those when I was already a customer. Since, I cant give a zero rating they got the default one and I will hammer this company until they refund my money.
Not sure where to start. But, like the saying goes you get what you pay for. Poor content and even worse customer service. Too many negative things to post here, but stay away from $99 social. I tried to resolve the issues and have them multiple opportunities to make things “right”. Ask to speak to the President and was told no. It is a company of les than 100 people. I spent more than $6k with them.
I had a re-seller account and this company just cost me my client. I’ve read the previous reviews. Even with new ownership, there are still glitches, poor service, and it seems that the new management has not changed the fact that the quality of service is extremely sub-par, the communication is poor, and rectifying any situation takes forever. DO NOT spend your money here and certainly DO NOT use this service if you have a client, they will cost you your client. I do not under any circumstance recommend that you risk your business and reputation on this service.

99dollarsocial is a scam, they say they sent me a email stating I needed to re-authorize and sign for a new platform. I never received their email. They stopped posting on FB and Twitter May 23rd 2017. Guess what they didn’t stop doing….they continued to charge me account. I’ve contacted them and all they tell me is they do not give refunds. Now I’m I have to spend time to dispute the charges with my bank. My suggestion is, you DO NOT use this company for marketing.
I’m contacting the BBB no these people. There is a reason that they do not provide a contact phone number. They are a scam. The trial is a lie. I cancelled the same day that i signed up and they told me it was cancelled. I asked for a conformation email that day April 5 and they did not provide. I checked my statement April 21 and the charge was there.
We tried $99 social. The content was bad, really bad. Irrelevent, spammy and we would delete the postings due to quality issues.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Not worth it. Just crappy posts that have nothing to do with my business.
SCAM. I signed up for the Reseller Program and paid $200.00 for what was supposed to be a whole month worth of content. They only posted 4 TIMES AND THEN STOPPED COMPLETELY. I’m waiting for my refund, but it will only be 50%, IF I ever receive it.
Company did not deliver on promises. Now will not stop sending me SPAM. Not worth it. Can not get $99 social to stop sending spam email.
I really don’t understand all these positive reviews but they were terrible. I thought once they were under a new ownership that their content would change but its just linked to a generic blog and honestly you’ll have more luck finding better content on your own. They left me completely in the dark, I had no idea what kind of content they’ll post or what kind of ideas they had for my business. They lack communication and only gave me answers when I asked for them. I’ll say go look somewhere else, its not worth the money for the shitty content they provide.
You know the saying about hiring things super cheap… Just sad that a company can promote quality content when it’s just linked to a website and generic content. You’d be better off doing nothing than promoting a bad image. I recommend hiring someone that actually writes quality content for your audience and ENGAGES your online audience vs. just pushing out irrelevant content. I just read through all the comments here and am surprised at the negative ones since I’ve had such a good experience with $99 Social. Maybe I came in after all the “glitches” were worked through, but I’ve been very pleased with the customer service as well as the content and the engagement it has gotten me. Being a small business owner myself, I understand growing pains. Either way, I wanted to share my opinion and give them a high rating because I’ve been very happy with the service.
I would really recommend getting their Blogging package. I’ve gotten amazing results as far new traffic and viewers registering for my blog goes. Since they see quality post posted on a weekly basis, our viewers keep coming back to view our new content every week. Not to mention a huge increase in our Google ranking as well!
99Social does seem to have great experienced writers on their team. I’m so excited to have found this company and getting the results I have been looking for.

At best they write 4 words and a spammy link. Today’s was We value our customers. Contact us – with a link to my contact page on my website. Really??? This is quality content??? Ridiculous. Fill out your #wholesale form online, with a link to my wholesale order page. Huge waste of money.

While it’s convenient to have daily content written at a low price, this particular provider has shown poor customer service and low awareness of good social content.
