I had a balance of around $1500 in my Wordagent account, bought during their year-end deals. I hadn’t used it yet, as I was figuring out how to navigate their “new system.” Despite numerous attempts to get help from someone named Marek, I received no answers.
When I tried to order content this week, I discovered my account was emptied – all gone. Upon messaging them, Marek finally responded, saying, “There is absolutely nothing that I can offer you in terms of the resolution.”
WOW – I knew the company was having issues and losing clients, but I didn’t expect this from a content provider.
Bottom line – I’m considering legal action with my attorney. I strongly advise you to find another content provider. There are many great options that are more affordable, trustworthy, and reliable.
