About RipplePop
What separates RipplePop from other WordPress support companies is that as they are still in their infancy all requests are currently dealt with personally by the co-founders, Michael and Jordan.
At the time of writing this Michael said, “We don’t accept more than 150 sites at a time. This means RipplePop customers will always get excellent support because we are not chasing new customers.”
This also means there is no back-and-forth with project managers, no “middle men”, and no remote staff in other countries of time zones. Jordan usually handles the day shift, and Michael covers the night shift to provide 24/7 cover.
Their target customers are small to medium WordPress and WooCommerce based businesses. So, entrepreneurs, bloggers, business owners, anyone with a WordPress site who want ongoing maintenance or one-off job fixes can benefit from RipplePop services.
Services
With almost endless fixes and customization tweaks that can be made to sites on the WordPress platform it’s impossible to list all the services covered.
It’s fair to say that RipplePop have you covered for just about any WordPress related task you will encounter. They actually have a live feed on their site listing all the jobs they are working on or recently completed if you want to get a feel for the types of jobs their existing clients ask for.
The impressive part of their services is their response times. They say they will complete jobs within 8 hours if you’re signed up for their entry plan, or within 4 hours if you’re on their other plan.
With site downtime being costly to most online businesses this is a welcome promise.
Plans and Pricing
RipplePop has two different pricing plans:
- RipplePop – $79 per month – This plan included unlimited edits, detailed notes from each job, 24/7 support security protection, one job request at a time, and job requests completed within 8 hours.
- RipplePop+ – $189 per month – This plan includes everything in the RipplePop plan along with daily site backups, monthly security scans, and site speed optimizations. You can also request up to three job requests at a time, and job requests are completed within 4 hours.
RipplePop Alternatives
Zen WP and Access WP offer a similar range of services and start around the same price point as RipplePop if you want to check them out.
For one off fixes without the monthly subscription, you might consider WP Fix It or Zen WP‘s à la carte option.
