The company is headed up by a management team that includes CEO and Founder Ross Alex, Operations Manager Luisa Vargas, and Senior Support Analyst Jasper John Pamilar. All of their virtual assistants work remotely from all over the world, enabling Lykewize to guarantee 24/7 cover to their clients.
Their target customers are real estate investors, real estate agents, and anyone involved in real estate looking to outsource any tasks related to their real estate operations.
How Lykewize Works
When you sign up for one of Lykewize’s plans you’ll be taken through the onboarding process by your dedicated account manager.
They don’t assign dedicated assistants to clients. Instead, they operate on a task pool system.
As you submit tasks to be completed, the next available assistant will pick them up and work on them.
This can be seen as a drawback if you’re looking to establish a long-term relationship with an assistant and have them get to know your business better. But it allows them to provide 24/7 coverage. This can be a huge benefit in the real estate industry as there are a number of time-sensitive tasks that can crop up.
Lykewize has a 5-step process in place to take you from signing up with them to receiving notice that your tasks have been completed. These steps look like this:
- Create a new user account and meet your account manager.
- Start submitting tasks via phone, email, or through their portal.
- Check the progress status of your tasks and send any additional information if needed.
- You’ll receive notification that your tasks are completed and can request any revisions if needed.
- Sign off on the completed tasks.

So, whatever tasks you have, as long as they’re real estate orientated, one of Lykewize’s VAs will pick it up and work on it.
To give you a general idea of the areas they specialize in, they group their tasks into 3 main categories:
- Cold Calling and Cold Texting – This is the staple of most real estate businesses. You can hand over your leads and contact details and let their VAs schedule appointments for you.
- Property Marketing – Their team can help you list and promote your properties for sale across more platforms online. They’ll create your listings, flyers, and other promotional content.
- Light Bookkeeping – They’ll handle your bookkeeping so you can focus on the more important aspects of your business — like closing sales.
Plans and Pricing
Lykewize currently has three pricing plans, with hourly rates going as low as $21.17 for their largest monthly plan of 40 hours.

- Essentials – $247 per month for 10 hours ($24.70)
- Premium – $547 per month for 25 hours ($21.88)
- Essentials – $847 per month for 40 hours ($21.17)
There are no contracts or fixed periods. You’re charged on a monthly basis and can cancel at any point before the next billing month.
They also offer a free trial of 1-hour to test their service before committing to a plan. This hour must be used within a 30-day period from signing up.
Lykewize Alternatives
For US-based alternatives with similar pricing models, I recommend checking out Time ETC and BELAY. These are both much larger companies than Lykewize, and while they don’t specialize in real estate, they do offer dedicated real estate services.
