Design Pickle is another US-based graphic design company utilizing overseas designers to offer an affordable monthly plan for unlimited designs. Their cost is similar to Flocksy’s Agency plan so it’s worth comparing the two, but doesn’t include any website maintenance or support.
Penji is another Flocksy alternative for affordable on-demand graphic design. Penji is well known for having top-rated designers and fast turnaround, making them a favourite among agencies, marketers, and fast-growing companies.
Automation Agency out of Australia might be worth a look as well.
For the website maintenance and support for little tweaks or small jobs, I like Zen WP or Access WP.
If you don’t think you will get value from a monthly plan I recommend checking out Fiverr for affordable one-off tasks or Upwork to build a working relationship with a freelancer.

I am a creative and a designer with over 25 years experience. If you’re going to pay a peanuts worth your going to get a peanuts worth. You’re not going to get design agency quality. Design agencies charge anywhere from $75 to $150 an hour, so I’m not sure what exactly people are expecting when they pay as little as they do. You get what you pay for with Flocksy.
Great service! I’ve used them for about three months, and the system and Project Manager helped form a team of video creators, writers and developers that fit my brand perfectly. The project management board is also very easy to use and I’ve taken advantage of starting projects and responding to emails with feedback. Only complaint is that I wished I asked more questions in the beginning since they have a ton of cool features I didn’t realize and wouldn’t have used right from the start. Overall, no complaints and would def suggest giving them a shot.
Austin has been an amazing account manager. I have had a lot of projects completed in the past few months and could not be happier.
There were a few projects that were not done correctly, and Austin was quick to remove that team member from my team. I plan on using them for years to come.
The design, copy and development teams they assigned me are very responsive and good at what they do. I would give five stars for the quality and communication.

It took about a week for the team and my Project Manager to get used to my brand and style but after that things went really smoothly.
The three things that I like the most about them are the quick turnaround times, quality and communication. It makes a huge difference for me to be able to talk to someone in the USA (my Project Manager) and get instant responses. If something wasn’t done correctly, they are quick to fix the mistake and open up another project to make up for any delays.

Horrible. Don’t waste your time & money.
Quality is definitely bad. They claim to have projects done in 24hrs but once you receive it, only 40% of it is correct! then they take hours to reply next thing you know its another 24hrs to fix 1 issue out of 5. So that one project spot is taken until they complete the first one. I even decided to upgrade to get more projects but it only gets worse. Be prepared to be disappointed.
I am working with Flocksy as a creative, and disagree on many points from this answer. I believe that 24 hours is still a manageable turnaround time and with Flocksy 3.0 that is released recently in 2020, you can have Two Active Projects and a revision queue and free + premium stock photos and variety of product types including graphics, web design, copy writing, video editing and creation, Voiceover and Audio, Animated Gifs and custom illustations. Flocksy has been amazing so far! I signed up a month ago and have been using them mostly for copywriting and design.
I was looking at a competitor first but went with Flocksy because they offer copywriting.
I have had landing page content written (and then the landing page designed and coded!), blog posts and they can even do product descriptions.
I also love the fact they assigned me a Project Manager who was located in CT. It makes it super easy to communicate.
I cannot recommend Flocksy enough! I was skeptical at first because I tried similar services before and was always met with delays and low quality work, but after my first project I knew they were a great fit.
They always meet deadlines (which is super important to me) and their work is amazing. I recently tried out a copywriting project and was super impressed. Looking forward to getting web dev done in the future.
The one thing I’d like to see is video editing – which they don’t offer.

Flocksy was amazing. I signed up a few months ago because my company was growing and I needed some email templates and other marketing material designed.
They have amazingly fast turnaround times and the quality was incredible. My Project Manager Caroline was amazing and I always could expect same day responses.
I’ve only used them a little for Web Development but plan on having them do more development in the future.
I love Flocksy concept. I loved the sales rep. Unfortunately the quality was not there. It took a full day for revision when the mistake was on their end. (They misspelled copy I gave them). They couldn’t manage to pause a project and move on to another project when I told them I was going to be away and can’t give feedback. Ultimately we wasted ten hours giving precise feedback (which was ignored). They lacked basic design principles (gave me white text on very light gold picture).
Like many of you I was hoping Flocksy would be populated with at the very least, decent graphic designers. Instead of decent, most of the designs we receive look like they were copied from stock concepts. Nothing original or creative at all.
My contact was very courteous and friendly, but the quality of the design work is not really anything I can sell to my clients.
