A to Z Tasks is US-based virtual assistant company with an offshore office located in Bangladesh. Their 300-person facility is in Dhaka, a city with great high-tech infrastructure and that is home to many call centers and technology companies.

A to Z Tasks has been providing outsourcing services since 2008, and serves clients around the world. Among their recognizable customers are Toyota, Subway, Verizon, and Century 21.   1. My A to Z Tasks assistant Philip Roger was extremely valuable in helping me get my start-up company off the ground. I was ridiculously busy and would often throw tasks at Philip with little instructions.

    Still, he was able to figure out what I needed, when I needed it, and give it to me. My hectic schedule made me very ill-tempered at times. Philip and the rest of the staff at A to Z Tasks was extremely gracious and accommodating of all my needs.

    Philip’s tasks are so varied that it is impossible to put in all into words. But the main things are getting my news site into all the different Internet directories, managing and growing the facebook page at and twitter. Additionally, he heavily customized the theme that I am using for my news site to ad banner ad placements to areas that didn’t come with the original theme.

    He also did some things to the site to speed it up because it had sluggish loading times because I was using every plugin known to man. He researched and helped me apply to different third party ad systems to place banner ads on the site. Those are just the things I can think of right now. But they do not include the day to day things that often come that I absolutely need right away!

    The only issue I’ve had w/ A to Z is a mistaken credit card charge early on. I was extremely stressed with the debt that goes into trying to get a business off the ground, and the charge error came at a really bad time. I was thankful they were able to fix it right away and even credited my account with extra hours.

    I recommended A to Z Tasks to one of my colleagues, and she ended up establishing a long-term relationship with the company. In fact, she told me that her A to Z Tasks assistant was doing the work of two former employees and completing it in half the time!

    these guys were pretty good. i still use them especially for marketing tasks that are pretty repetitive. they’ve generated tons of leads for me at a lower rate than all my online channels combine. guys are pretty cool too. i got him on skype and communicate through my iphone. awesome!

    We’ve found AtoZTasks.com to mesh well with our own business philosophy. They seem to run a good honest business. We’ve been able to scale our support as needed, and the VAs work flexible hours to accommodate our often hectic schedule. Plus, the value is tough to beat!

    Disappointed in services. Asked for someone with a marketing background, my assistant turned out to be a 20 year old who called in sick often and then quit (after 1 1/2 months-thought I should give him a chance). When he was ‘working’ he rarely answered the phone and was unavailable during most of the day. Would’ve been better off hiring a college student from America for same amount.
