I’m not sure who has been leaving these positive reviews of taskbullet but I’ve tried them twice. First time, I was not impressed at all and the work given was very very sloppy and just not at the level they are presenting they can achieve.
The second time I tried them again, it was worse. Any contact marketing vetting or research or compilation, not only do they not get the instructions right, they would have a ton of mistakes where I had to go in and check through every single one of them. Imagine me paying someone to check through 500 entries and then I have to manually check them myself again. What a waste of my time and what’s worse, the account manager will say, let us help you fix it.
Problem is, you give a deadline, which is never long enough and because of this re-doing of work, you can’t afford to let them re-do the work anymore and you have to just get it done yourself.
Definitely not recommended for any kind of work at all. Even my personal tasks were not done up to professional standards. I felt like I just wasted so much time and money.

You on the other had are not, if you are then please share some screen shots of your basecamp account and/or other communication you had with TaskBullet employees. We have nothing to hide, do you? While I had high hopes for Task Bullet, I ultimately had a bad experience with Wes and his team. I sent them a detailed message of my needs and long term plan. From my initial message, I was redirected to three different people who clearly did not read my message in detail nor did they answer any of the questions I asked. They ask to schedule a call so that I could speak to Wes and confirmed the date and timezone. I confirmed via email and Google calendar and also sent Wes and his team an additional confirmation email 10 minutes prior to the call. I hopped on early and waited 30 minutes before getting off the call. Very unprofessional and this was a waste of time. I would not recommend them, nor would I trust them with VA tasks. I have found better success with the other company’s listed on this site. Much more attentive and thoughtful.

I read about task bullet in an article and took a chance due to the great pricing, not much risk. They were great for exactly what I needed. I used them for simple research and mining leads. They did an excellent job and were very clear in communication. I have since bought another bucket of hours. They save me valuable time to help me move fast as a salesperson.
I have been using TaskBullet for about two months now. I see the value and I definitely see that VA’s are trying their best to accommodate and do their best. TaskBullet is trying their hardest to deliver top notch service.

I’ve been working with TaskBullet for about 2 months now. So far it’s working well for me. I’m using it to get a help with managing social medias. So, I’m not sure how they are with other types of tasks. I don’t feel they are very tech savvy though. But they are very quick to respond & complete tasks and always on time. I also like their bucket system for the flexibility. Sometimes you may have a lot of tasks, sometimes you may not. Overall, I’m quite happy. So, I’m planning to stick around.
I was thinking of hiring a VA myself, but the complexity of finding and managing the right VA slowed me down. Then I found TaskBullet… VERY happy I did. The bucket system works really well in that you can get multiple VAs working on separate tasks at the same time, each one a real expert at what she/ he does. I had one VA working market research (searching out potential customers with a particular profile) at the same time as another helping me set us an eBay storefront. Both VAs were superb. My eBay assistant was particularly knowledgeable about the details of listing products on eBay. Great marketing and English skills. You can maybe get lower per hour charge if you go through all the hassle of finding, managing and paying a Philippine VA yourself.. but then you have no program manager support, no ability to tap into a pool of specialists, not in-country manager to help resolve problems. If you are going to get started with TaskBullet and its VA’s, you have to read the guide from Danny the CEO. If you respect and follow what he says, you will be successful. It is not only having a VA, you are hiring someone!
It took me couple of days to set everything up, get to know the VA, present the work, and actually be efficient.
Things were not going fast enough so I contacted right away the admin and after a phone call everything was great. I realized there is a learning curve and also I realized I did not communicate as much as I should have. I have been extremely impressed by the level of reactivity. EACH of my requests were addressed right away.
The system in place to count hours is quite awesome and accurate. I can get reports of what she does and it allows me to analyze things.

I love how task bullet has a dedicated project manager and many different experts to help on various tasks. This means work gets completed faster and I can utilize many experts for different types of tasks. I have been with Taskbullet for over 3 years now. I have used other VA off fiverr or upwork.com before. I found that Taskbullet work very well for what I need. As an entrepreneur, i need the flexibility to work around my time and where to spend and utilize my time and investment. That’s where I like Taskbullet the most – I can choose the bucket packages depend on the workload of the month and adjust it accordingly. I also found very satisfied that my project manager Jehan is on top off overseeing all the VAs whom I work with.
No all the work performed by the VA are perfect. Some needed to be addressed and some are not good at all. TaskBullet has been great to work with! They started out with a phone call and carefully reviewed the tasks I wanted done and asked great questions about things I should have covered. I started out with a couple of administrative tasks, the second set of tasks were done before I got out of bed the next morning! Maybe I’ll just retire and not tell anyone! We have had a great experience with TaskBullet. Like all offshore VA services (and even onshore ones), you really need to take time to define your tasks precisely. Write up detailed instructions, step-by-step, with examples. Even then, sometimes nuances are hard to capture, but then again that’s no difference with an in-person assistant.
If you’re not satisfied, let them know so they can change resources or review the task issues and challenges with you. I’ve been very satisfied and we continue partnering with them. Even with gaps between projects, when we re-engage it’s like our team is ready when we are.
Also, I have to add that enthusiasm goes a long way. Generally, Filipinos are very enthusiastic and great to work with, so I strongly recommend being energetic with your team and they will follow your lead.

I’ve just purchase my second sixty hour bucket, entering into my fourth month of using the TaskBullet and Virtual Assistant model for running my biz. My first three months of assigning tasks I had two out of three projects that went as well as could be expected for the first run using a virtual assistant. The TaskBullet staff is genuinely willing to do good work, and seem to be trained well in their field and in communications. There was a lot of learning curve on my part. Just a few times, I have had to scratch my head wondering how my provided details of what to create could have possibly led to what was produced. I’ll take some responsibility for bloopers as I learn too. I now find it exciting when setting up the new tasks for the future use of TaskBullet virtual assistance. This I hope is a new way in the future, of writing my manual and checklist for doing business. I looked at and spoke to several other companies providing VA services. TaskBullet’s bucket model had the least amount of restrictions, and silly rules on how to use up your time and hours. The 11% price increase that went in effect today is a steep one. I like that an Admin watches over the projects and tasks, and is there to take care of concerns. I’m going to keep at this, with the idea I can assign so many more tasks than when having someone come in the office to work. The BaseCamp software is elementary and limits what can be done with it with no calendar or contact use activated. The VA’s I am told will train instead to use my Market Circle Daylite contact management software and I will provide a cloud subscription somehow for them to access. I started using Task Bullet 3 months ago starting with their 60 hour bucket. I am impressed with the VA’s and their ability to perform my tasks, which have mainly consisted of website maintenance, Facebook ads and email automations. I just signed up for another “bucket” of hours.

Technicality: The just raised their hourly rates by 1$.
Generally the service is fairly structured. You use a Project Management tool to assign tasks and manage your VA through that with a PM overseeing the process. That stabilises the process fairly well.
However there are reliability issues, quite often meetings or deadlines are missed. So the VA’s require some amount of management. If you are okay with actively managing them and writing super detailed briefings, then it’s great. Totally independent working does not work too well as adjustments are sometimes needed and very detailed tasks need to be assigned (and defined) by you.
I started working with Taskbullet a few months ago. I found them when I had an urgent need for assistance with a task. They managed to set up my account in no time and we got started right away.
I really enjoy their services and the more I use them the more I realise what they can help me with. Makes my life a lot easier!

I love Task Bullet. I needed to use them for several months before I would write a review. I’m now on my second bucket, using it up much faster than the first.
There are many wonderful things to say about Task Bullet. The software they use is pretty easy and user friendly and they will talk to you to train you if there is any problem. They are incredibly responsive. My VA is Joyce and she is wonderful. She is polite, friendly, smart, accurate, talented. She has offered better ideas on occasion.
I realize I need to be crystal clear in my instructions. This has done multiple things for me. For repeating tasks, it has caused me to write out explicitly what I want, so I am getting an “Operations Manual” built in the process of using Task Bullet. This is awesome for me. When I need a repeat task, I just go back to the original instructions. Saving me TONS of time AND money!
I love the format. If Joyce has a question, she asks me. I encourage her to ask questions. Her turnaround time is much quicker than either doing it myself or using someone in person in my own time zone. Many nights I post tasks and they are done by the morning, amazing!
Of course, to top it off, the rates are fantastic. We are more willing to have them try things just b/c it’s not costing us much, resulting in our getting extra jobs done that we might not have tackled otherwise.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with task bullet. I would be very pleased to recommend it to anyone. (and I have recommended it to many of my friends!) I tried a number of virtual personal assistance before finding tasks bullet. It is by far both the best value for cost and the best overall experience.
What I like most about it is that I have a dedicated virtual assistant, which means that I have one person that I can count on to help me every time. The person that I am working with is absolutely incredible. She is good with communication and keeps me up to date on the task I assigned her. She is always very positive, polite, and professional. I have been very happy with her work.
The only con, in my opinion, is that it is difficult to assign new tasks. I have used other personal assistants where you can text in a request. Task bullet does not have that option, and I find it very difficult to assign a new task. I have to go to the website on my desktop to create it. Perhaps there is a better way, but I haven’t found it. Maybe that’s a good thing though because I would probably spend way too much money if I could text my personal assistant for every whim.
So in summary, My opinion is that the biggest pro is that you have a high-quality, dedicated personal assistant and the biggest con is that I find the system for assigning tasks difficult to use. but isn’t that big of a problem, and the price point of the service is so affordable that is worth the small inconvenience. If you are looking for the best “bang for your buck” this is it.

I started with them Last Friday 9/7/2018 and today 9/14/2018, I am requesteing a FULL REFUND. I followed their intstructions to a tee, spent ‘MANY’ hours discussing the process, training them on my needs. Received a YES I understand from both the VA manager and the VA themselves only to be contantly calling back to ‘correct them’ on the instructions after explaining 2-3 times! OMG! I hired them to relieve me of my tasks and ended up wasting alot of my time creating ANOTHER task to teach them over and over. How disappointing!

Sorry your experience with TaskBullet didn’t meet your expectations. I believe we are innovating new ways of doing business and as a result, we occasionally fail to meet the expectations of our clients. I read over your basecamp and spoke with the VA who handled your tasks and feel the VA and manager met my expectations as CEO of TaskBullet. For communication to be effective the information given needs to be understood by both the giver and receiver. It seems in this case that effective communication did not take place. I wasn’t there during the phone calls between you and your VA so I can’t say if the information was given in such a way that it should have been understood, but after 2 or 3 times I think I would have looked at what I was trying to communicate because clearly, it wasn’t being understood. We teach our VAs not to say they understand if they don’t and to ask questions until they do understand, so that is something I will need to talk to the VA and manager about. I am sorry we let you down we will use this as a learning opportunity to better help our clients in the future.

They have really done a great job working with the specific software that I use. I’m still learning how to maximize the value of using a VA, but I’m very satisfied that TaskBullet is the VA company to help me do this.

What did I ever do without task bullet?
I have an explosively busy bridal business. On top of it being peak season we are also buying a building to move to. Without task bullet I never would be able to stay on top of everything. They are very cost effective also. I’m dreaming up more ways to use them all the time. This new found efficiency allowed us to take on more weddings and cash flow our building purchase.
As a business owner, there are a lot of remedial tasks that need to be completed that are not worth me hiring a staff member for nor is it worth me taking the time to do myself. Enter Taskbullet. They take care of all the things I do not have the time for. I love it.
Our VA is amazing. She has quick follow through and follow up and learns tasks quickly. TaskBullet ops team has been great to work with as well.
I had a few very big problems occur with one of my VAs. Thankfully it was corrected and I was able to continue working with task bullet.
I’ve tried 4 different services now, and I find that Task Bullet has been a great experience. AskSunday has been horrific. Habiliss, seems to have a lot of turn over, and it’s hard to get consistency. Task Bullet really performed well.
It would be nice to have 24 hr coverage…right now it appears that accessing the PM is limited to day time hours, but after one established rships with the individual VAs, it makes it a bit more comprehensive, in terms of timing.
Task bullet is great. It’s the first VA company any I’ve ever used and I am impressed. I was a little sceptical to use a VA but I’m very happy with it. Easy to use and so helpful.
So I have tried Taskbullet twice. The first time, I completely blew my load by buying a whole bucket and not using a single hour before it expired because I just didn’t know what to ask…this must have been a year or two ago. Recently I started working on more Ecommerce development and I needed a lot of content put up and I thought of Taskbullet right away. I was a little tentative at first but this time I came with an unlimited amount of busy work ready to go. I bought another middle package and I had a good appointment with my manager who recommended my VA Federico to do my work. At first Federico was slow because there was a huge learning curve. I didn’t want him to go through the Ecommerce UI to add products. I wanted him to do it by way of excel/csv upload to speed up the process. First week we loaded like 50 products and I thought this is too slow and burning up too many hours but I already had the bucket of hours. Second week, Federico started to figure the process out and more communication back and forth between us made the import process even better. Week two we put up 433 products…almost 10x faster! By the end of my 60 hour bucket we had finished up to 900+ products. it worked out to like $0.53 per product listed. I have other projects that I can use a VA’s help and I’ll go to Taskbullet first.
TaskBullet has been a huge help to our business, freeing up valuable admin time in the office. Our VA’s are a pleasure to deal with.
After some initial communication issues with the organisers, and one batch of work that wasn’t up to scratch, I was assigned a new VA and the social-media work has been very good since then!

I was extremely disappointed by TaskBullet, there were numerous issues covering access to my dropbox, not getting responses back promptly on escalated issues, poor transcription. Overall, I had a poor experience and have since used a different VA service who have been excellent.

TaskBullet has been amazing. The quality of work, attention to detail and communication has been great. I think the quality of service is worth the money and what is even better is that my unused hours roll over until 90 days.
I did a lot of research before I picked a VA and I landed on Task Bullet. For my purposes the ability to use your hours when you want is amazing. Some days I need 20 properties posted and then I may not need anything posted for another few days. With Task Bullet I don’t have to pay a VA every day for X amount of hours but can rather only pay for the tasks I ask for. If you need task based help this is the best VA program you could use
I have been using Taskbullet for a year now (“Light” buckets). The staff are always eager to do a good job and communicate quickly. If instructions are given very clearly, then it is generally safe to assume your work is being done correctly. When instructions are followed, Taskbullet are good value compared to me doing the tasks myself or outsourcing locally. In the few cases where deadlines have been missed or work has been underwhelming, the Taskbullet project managers have always been sympathetic to my plight. It is recommended that in order to get the most satisfactory results you must be very clear with instructions, regularly check the work they post, and also give clear, professional and sincere feedback.
This is our first time using TaskBullet and overall the experience has been positive. I’m able to identify the tasks that I want to spend time on and there is always someone willing to jump in and take the additional work off of my plate. Task Bullet provided me excellent options to hire a virtual assistant. I was drowning in too much work for one person. I needed help badly. When I saw all that was available at Task Bullet, I was thrilled. They helped me hire a wonderful virtual assistant who helped me get double the work done. My business has started to grow even more since I started using Task Bullet. I highly recommend them!
Don’t count on them to meet deadlines or deliver quality of work. Most of your instructions will be probably not be looked at carefully. You have to micro-manage them and keep reminding them if you want something done right.
They will always come up with excuses about getting something done and kick the can down the road. The VAs are not the brightest.
I asked for 5 items to choose from because I didn’t want to shop. The VA sends over 5 websites. I told her I need 5 items not websites, she sends over 5 pictures without a link. Finally decided to just do it myself and found one in 10min. She sucked up 3 hours there.
If you have anything graphic design or video editing related, beware of the VA Esther Calinawan. She will always tell you it will be done in a few hours or the day you need it and you won’t get it until a week later. When you finally do get it, it will need corrections. Most recently I asked her to design a certificate and I sent a sample. I followed up after 3 days and she sent me some samples which are those you can find online and looked nothing like the sample I sent her. So far on my weekly report, she put down 3 hours for that task and it’s still not done right, or completed yet.
In the end, I think I’ve wasted more time here than I’ve saved. The only thing they’ve done right is the wake up call I assigned. I will be scaling down my hours to the lowest package and use them just for that.
I have been using Taskbullet for just over a month now after trying various va and outsourcing providers. I have heard very positive things about the quality of VAs based in the Phillipines. The first phase for me has been clearing up some backlog work and this was quite steady, although there were a couple of different VAs that I had to go through to get one that I am happy with in terms of quality of work and speed of turnaround.
So far so good, and I am currently working through developing SOPs for various business processes for my business so that I can look at outsourcing more of these tasks.
I really like the straightforward pricing and the fact that time can roll forward for 3 months as this allows for periods of time when I am tied up with my many projects.
There was an issue with my very first VA, but my project manager was quick to resolve this so there was no disruption in getting my work done. As with everything, the process of working with new people is iterative and the greater the clarity and communication at the start, the less likely things go wrong.
I have been using a combination of communication methods to explain what I want doing, but by far the most effective I have found is screencasts, so that I can demonstrate how the task needs to be done and this has usually resulted in much less time being spent in answering questions, and clarifying things further down the line, so recommend this this approach to everyone.
I will look forward over the coming months to integrate Taskbullet staff more and more into my business as I develop my processes, with a view to focusing on business growth, but so far so good.
Assistants kept changing and work not completed on time. I bought the largest package and found that even basic tasks such as customer invoicing wasn’t getting done. I had to chase multiple times and then when someone started the job, after training that VA left the company, then it was assigned to someone else who I had to train, they then got re-assigned. The third VA kept getting sick so all my deadlines were missed every month. When they did the work, it was not of the best quality with lots of errors that had to be corrected. And after all that, I ended up losing 80 hours which were in my bundle but the time expired (whilst my tasks still hadn’t been completed). I don’t recommend this company, unless you want a heap of headaches!

I tried any form of system and the best suggestion I can offer here is to test and choose your main VA’s to work with. The ones that I work with are doing an excellent job and I feel very comfortable with their performance. Once the task is clear it goes very quickly and I am happy to recommend this service to my colleagues. There is also a VA manager who holds the VA’s accountable which is very important to me.
I’ve been using them for a little over a month. It’s been going great. They are very easy to work with and I appreciate the system they use to manage a project. I’m looking forward to working with them on the next project.

I’ve been extremely satisfied for the service. My VA is very helpful, flexible and knowledgeable. The pricing structure is very reasonable for the type of service we receive. I use Task Bullet for my business and personal tasks and would recommend it to anyone!
I would like to give them a zero start rating, but the site doesn’t allow it. I am also very wary of the IDEA of VA’s after being burned so badly.
I had a horrific experience with Taskbullet. I needed to get some reconciliation done. On a Friday, set a deadline for the following Friday. No communication from VA about whether she got the passwords etc, until Monday when I poked at her. She sent back an email that sounded like one my 17-yr-old might send. A sort of “I’ll get to it” kind of thing.
Foolishly, I went to a conference and didn’t bug her about it. On Friday she sent me an email saying she would need 40 hrs to complete the project. This is 8hrs before deadline. Oh and could I resend the passwords.
After an exchange where I discovered SHE HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT THE PROJECT UNTIL THAT MORNING.
I fired her.
She asked for an extension, promising to get something done by Saturday morning and adding that she’d had a family emergency that week. Honestly, it was like talking to a high school student.
Here is what she said:
“I’m sorry if I wasn’t able to inform you right away. As you mentioned, the task is due today, I can continue to work on it and will have it done and I can give you an update first thing tomorrow.
If you can give me that extension, I would greatly appreciate it.
I just attended to a family emergency and all I ask is a little consideration.
If you would give me this chance, I would finish this task for you and will have it ready tomorrow morning. ”
Point by point, my problems with this email.
“I’m sorry I wasn’t able to inform you…”
No apology for my inconvenience and no owning of the problem.
She could have dashed off an email to her clients that she was dealing with an emergency.
“I am asking for consideration” sounds accusatory–as though I am being unreasonable in expecting her to stick to deadline.
Saturday morning would be a day late, no matter what.
And when I asked her what she had already done, it appeared to be nothing.
It did not help that I had awoken to some very bad family news, myself. So, now I had a project (A project I thought was at least underway) to complete over the weekend as well as deal with personal stuff. I emailed my family that I would not be able to come out to them for a few days because I had work to take care of.
I called the Taskbullet office and melted down, I’m afraid. Was offered to have someone else assigned. I turned that down because there was no way I could trust the task would even be looked at over the weekend.
I am still waiting for a refund.
I don’t know if I will EVER be able to try out any VA’s. I purposely went with them because of their good reviews.

I would love to say this was partly your fault but the truth is, your VA completely dropped the ball. This is 100% TaskBullet’s fault. We have a Standard Operating Procedure in place but your VA did not follow it. This is exactly why we spend so much time on training and our SOP’s. Had it been followed your job would have been done on time and correctly.
Again, I would like to point the blame to a new VA that slipped through the cracks of our hiring process but your VA has been with us for over 2 years. She knows the procedure she is supposed to follow and she completely disregarded it.
So all I can say is sorry for wasting your time and I hope you have better luck in the future.

Pretty much my experience as well. I actually found it all quite bewildering. I had actually not been impressed with the first VA so politely asked for another which they provided. I outlined my specific concerns which were fact based rather than flying off the handle. The second VA was no better! It did indeed seem like teenager level emails with language to our clients using words like “Just wanna” !

TASKBULLET IS A WELL RUN COMPANY
I was working 6 am to 10 pm 6 days a week, and all too often working a half day on Sunday, to keep up with my landscaping company. Wearing 50 different hats, overwhelmed and getting burned out, I needed some assistance. I heard about TaskBullet and gave them a 200.00 try.
Thank God I did. In the last couple months, I am mostly caught up with my perpetual backlog of work. The company is not perfect, as no company is. Not every task has been done exactly as needed the first time, but the company is most definitely well run with excellent management, and gets things done as asked for.
After the initial purchase, I went right to the 240 hour bucket. Not only are they doing the legwork for WildWorks (accounting, invoicing, data collection, sourcing materials, sourcing machinery to purchase, social media, etc. etc.), but I also have them doing legwork on a patent, for a Trademark/Copyright that I own, even putting together itineraries for weekend getaways and vacations! Every odd job I just don’t have time for, they do.
For those who do not like the phrase “Outsourcing,” we are giving work to those in other countries with a lower standard of living, helping to raise them up. And we are helping ourselves as well. This is the nature of Capitalism — it’s a win-win.
I’ve had others doing this type of work for me personally, and for my company, and no longer need them. TaskBullet is a one stop shop, I am sooo GLAD I found them.
I have a regular VA who helps me with very important tasks within my organization. She is always on time with deadlines, very attentive, asks questions when she is unsure or need assistance. She is honest and does really good work. She has even caught a few mistakes that I had made in spreadsheets. Taskbullet is great and I really enjoy working with them to get things done in my company.

3 stars across the board for these guys. When they did do work, it was to a reasonable standard. Better than some other VA companies I’ve worked with in fact.
But when I challenged them about a a task that was taking 3 times longer than expected, the system fell apart.
Very little communication back, slow replies, challenging questions.
I even offered to put it aside and continue working but I’m still being challenged about how to do the work and waiting 3-4 days for a reply.
My VA not only shows up and works while I sleep, she’s more attentive to detail than I am. TaskBullet has allowed me to focus on my business and my clients instead of being the cog in the wheel.
Task Bullet has been a life saver for my business. We have partnered with them on technical tasks, administrative tasks, and everything in between. So far, they have been able to handle any request I send, and they are FAST!

I love TaskBullet because it frees me up to focus on other things. I give my VAs tasks that are mission critical but can be done with a bit of coaching and feedback. I’m glad I made this move in 2016.
I used TaskBullet for only simple admin-type tasks (i.e. making reservations, researching products for shopping, etc). I purchased the starter 20 hour package.
The quality of the work was excellent, though I found I had to be very specific in my instructions. There was only one or two instances where I had given instructions, and not all the instructions were followed. However, when I gave additional guidance to what I wanted, these guys did a great job (I don’t believe they booked the time for the erroneous deliverables, but even if they did, they would come in consistently under 30 min).
One thing I would like to see, is an improvement in communication. These VAs have great communication before and after the task, but if they had any questions during, I would prefer they ask instead of guessing and completing the task. However, I did find that later on in the duration of my service, my VA team did indeed start to be more vocal in their follow-up questions.
When the deliverable was correct, the quality of the deliverable was top-notch.
This is a service that I found very useful, and would recommend it for anyone looking for a VA.
Terrible! I’ve worked with many, many VAs. All we wanted was someone to set up our accounting software. She also kept having “family” issues or was sick. They charged us for used hours, which was supposedly 4.5. However, the refund was short and we were charged $113 for pretty-much nothing.
Now I have to get our books done for the CPA when we were already supposed to have this taken care of. They should provide a full refund for unsatisfactory work that doesn’t have a result.
Dee let’s go through this again, you originally paid $360 for the light package and received a 20% discount which was $72 that was already returned to you shortly after purchase. So your original payment was for $288. You used 4.5 hours at the $9 per hour rate of the light package equaling $40.5. $288 – $40.5 = 247.50 which is the amount that was returned to you. The $113 you are referring to is $72 + $40.5 = 112.50 You weren’t charged $112.50 you were charged $40.5 the $72 was refunded to you and therefor wasn’t included in the refund. I hope you aren’t suggesting that we refund an additional 20% to you, we wouldn’t be in business long with those kinds of freebees. This is a good opportunity to stress to everyone the importance of having a clear understanding of the tasks you need done. If you don’t fully understand what you need I can assure you that your VA wont either. The clients who love us the most know exactly what they are doing, and are able to explain it in simple terms to their VA. Those who don’t know and are looking for the VA to fill in the blanks always leave feeling ripped off. Im sorry Dee that we weren’t able to help you with your books as it’s clear you need help with your accounting. We are the only company offering a 60 day refund on unused hours, we don’t have contracts or monthly bills that charge you regardless of the hours used. The fact that you got out of a situation that didn’t work for you for only $40.5 would be reason enough to sing our praises not give us 1 star. We are grateful however for the 2 stars in communication and value. Best of luck in the future.

I decided to give Task Bullet a try after a few poor experiences with an Indian based company that I had been using. My biggest complaint with the prior company was a communication barrier. Since I am based in the US it sometimes was difficult to communicate clearly and efficiently with them.
I have had a wonderful experience with Task Bullet. There have been zero communication issues. They Respond quickly to my requests and always do an A++++ job. And if there is the rare occurrence of a less than stellar job, I simply given them my feedback and they fix the issue immediately.
I REALLY like this company and the VA’s that I have worked with thus far. I’m happy to have them in my bag of tricks.

I’m very happy with TaskBullet so far. A few things that they have helped me with:
– I asked for a project using InDesign. TaskBullet didn’t have any VA’s with that skill. So….they hired one. THAT is impressive!
– Market Research for the publish on demand companies I’d use for my coloring book for adults.
– Social Media help. My VA knew a better approach than I did to get followers and interaction! In the 1.5 weeks she was working I have had a dramatic increase in follows. However, the real value – I have almost 100 people subscribed to my newsletter!!
I have a full time job, so I have to create/delegate so much of what I do on the weekend or in the evenings. TaskBullet has been a lifesaver for this entrepreneur!
TaskBullet is the first VA company I have dealt with and I am glad I selected them. I recently used all the hours from my original purchase and purchased twice as many hours this morning.
All tasks to date have been done promptly and correspondence with my VA and staff manager has been a pleasure.
The reason I selected TaskBullet, was because of their policy of hours not expiring after 30 days, but I do not feel that is as much of an issue going forward, because I will be delegating more work to them going forward so I can focus on growing my business.

I use Task Bullet for newsletters, blog posting, and a lot of misc admin tasks.
They’ve also helped out with basic web development tasks. They use basecamp for project management and have been very responsive to all my tasks that I post. I will continue using them because they’re doing a great job!
I’ve been using TaskBullet for around 6 months and I am so pleased with the service.
I have a regular assistant that handles tasks such as: Travel planning, Organizing regular property & vehicle maintenance, Christmas & Birthday gift shopping, Organizing & Filing my important emails/receipts/etc in preparation for tax time, transcribing a hand-written scanned documents into Word, Searching for products/prices online, Posting online ads for rental accommodation I have available, even dealing with a third party after I had a minor fender bender! Anything I don’t need to physically “touch” can be delegated to my VA.
My regular assistant & I are learning each others preferences which makes working together even easier.
Additionally, TaskBullet provide access to a pool of intelligent, well spoken assistants available to handle more specialized tasks – such as book keeping, marketing, etc.
I couldn’t go back to spending all of my weekends doing these tasks myself!
TaskBullet is hard to get in touch with when you need something. Had a time critical project to do, but after a couple weeks trying to get someone to respond went ahead and did it myself. Then they came out with online Camp project managament system. Posted a couple times in that, no response. Emailed my contacts Jun Pawaan and Danny Nappi on sept 26 to see how many hours I had left. Never got a reply from either. Called the phone number last week and got a machine. Left a message to call me about another project I want to do. No call back yet. Would not recommend prepay plan to anyone. $200 down the drain.
Darion we apologize for not being available for your time critical project. We have multiple people available during the 12 hour period of the U.S. business hours to take calls, we aren’t sure why you were unable to get a hold of us, unless it was during off business hours. It is true that we had a few hiccups during the switch to Basecamp from our old system and a few people had issues, for this we apologize. The basecamp task management system is far better at tracking tasks and communicating to our clients. Since fully integrating to Basecamp we have seen a huge increase in customer satisfaction and the quality as well as the speed in which tasks are done. My TaskBullet VAs are intuitive, professional, and learn quickly. Their English skills and flexible hours make it easy for me to assign phone-calling tasks to U.S. suppliers, in addition to the busy-work tasks that they have mercifully taken off my plate. I really like the workflow-assignment platform too. I am more confident than ever that anywhere I am in the world, as long as I have WiFi or mobile data on my phone, I could send instructions to my VAs and my business will get done. How liberating!

Now firstly, before I begin my review I just want to say that I’ve had a bit of a read over some of the other reviews, including those that tend to believe that some of these reviews are made up by people affiliated with task-bullet to make the company seem better. I have a lot of positive things to say about task bullet, so before I do so, I really need to express that I am a REAL customer who pays this company real money to work for me. All of the content in my review is 100% true to how I feel.
I started with Task Bullet about 4 or 5 months ago because as a small business owner that was in the middle of upgrading my business to restructure and expand it, I felt I was getting completely overwhelmed trying to fulfill every business role from administration, to marketing, bookkeeping, graphic design etc whilst trying to provide my service to my clients. I first learnt about virtual assistant companies through a book, and from the mention of a friend, so I did some online research checked out the reviews of various VA companies, and from that I decided to trial task bullet. The initial VA I got was not the most effective for my business – a few errors being made on really important tasks. So I ended up requesting from my VA manager if I could have a different VA, and went from purchasing the 20hr bucket to trial task bullet to purchasing the full-time bucket thinking it’s going to be all good, I have faith that this is going to work for me, this is the right thing to do despite these errors being made. Anyway, I’m glad I stuck with taskbullet, I got a new VA and she is totally amazing – she does the bulk of my work and she is able to think for herself too and work out things that I may forget to tell her. She gets the work done timely also. I also have several other VA’s as well that help out with various different tasks and every single one of them has been super effective and helpful, and they’re all very pleasant. Whatever I need to get done, they just do it, no complaints. My VA manager, Glen is also amazing. I have no idea how he manages to keep up with everything because he seems to just know what is going on with all my tasks at all time, which is really nice to see. Even things I forget about, he seems to pick up on and sort out for me. And Wes is a good lad too. Not too long ago, we had a good old skype chat for ages whilst on my way to another city, talking about all these business related and ways that Task bullet could help out with my new business ideas I needed some help with, but didn’t know how to go about it.
I didn’t know what to expect from a VA company, but every single day I am sooo grateful and appreciative that I have found taskbullet and for all their help. I know yes, i pay them money to do this work for me; that it is their job, but sometimes it can be hard to find really good help, and I feel so lucky and blessed that I have! They’ve taken such a weight of stress off my shoulders, that now i feel like i can breathe again!
I think when using a VA company, as Wes mentioned in a previous post here, you do need to be realistic. These VA’s are people too, they’re not robots, they need sleep and rest too, and sometimes they may get sick/have stuff going on, just like we all do. When these things happen, you just work around it to find a solution to the problem, and also recognise that they are getting the work organised from their ends even though we can’t see that.

Task bullet is amazing. All the VA’s are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They go above and beyond the call of their task. I will always be a customer!!
So far I’ve been happy with the work done. They have been responsive. If you need something immediately, you have to stay on top of it. Just like any assistant. I just recommended them to a colleague and have had a good experience so far.
We have used Task Bullet VA’s for almost a year now and are very satisfied with their service.
Communication has been great as has the quality of work. Over the year we’ve worked with 5 VA’s one of which, Lester, has worked with us everyday for since working with Task Bullet and our whole team think he’s brilliant.
We use Task Bullet for a few ongoing tasks and look forward to continue to expand our working with them.
I am very satisfied with Task Bullet. The ad content that they write for my plumbing business is perfect for what I need and has really helped me get a stronger customer base. Not to mention they are extremely fast and are able to finish the tasks that I give them the same day.
Really poor experience.
I am a regular user of elance, oDesk and peopleperhour, and am very accustomed to using VAs. I thought I’d try an agency as several colleagues suggested agencies generally ensure there are no problems with reliability and on-time delivery.
I bought my hours from taskbullet up front (they guarantee a refund of unused hours if you ask within 90 days). On Monday, I set a task to be completed by Thursday morning.
The task was acknowledged and I was told the work would be passed to a V.A.
The deadline passed, and the work was not returned. Nor was I given any warning or communication about the deadline being missed.
Accordingly I asked for a refund. The company replied, ignoring my request for a refund, and saying they would do the work. I immediately replied saying I wanted the refund. I did not hear back for another 24 hours. I then copied in the owner of the company, and threatened to raise a dispute with Paypal. The owner immediately replied to say a refund would be arranged.
Next, I received an email telling me they were deducting 7 hours for work done by the V.A. – work I had never seen and which had never been sent to me.
I have told them I refuse to pay that 7 hours and am giving them a final chance to respond before I raise a dispute with Paypal. But I am sufficiently irritated to post this review, and warn others to exercise caution before using taskbullet.com.
Incidentally, I passed the same task to a VA from elance, who did the work in 3 hours – work which taskbullet are claiming it took 7 hours to do (although they never sent it to me).
Daniel, Sorry for the late delivery on the task in questions. We had the job done on time but your project manager is instructed to check the work before we send it back to our clients. Its an extra step we take to insure the jobs are accurate. The real mistake here was when the project manager forgot to email you and let you know why the job would be one day late. The due date was June 18th and we sent it on June 19th. So on that you are correct, we did deliver it late and we apologize for that. The project manager should have sent you an update on the job when he sent it back for revisions.
As far as how long it took to complete the job/jobs. You gave us two jobs. The first one “Time Management” was completed on time June 17th.
Out of the two jobs you gave us we completed one on time and the second was one day late. The job that was one day late was actually completed on time but we notices a mistake and had the VA fix it before we sent it to you.
We are refunding all the unused hours but as for the hours you used. You received the product on both jobs. The jobs were done correctly.
Sorry we didn’t communicate better about the job being one day late.

the complete lack of responsiveness was awful. i asked for a simple task over 14 hours ago and still have not heard back. i had initial communication issues simply with trying to reschedule my onboarding call.
sure they were nice and all… when you got a hold of them. i also waited for ten minutes on hold trying to reach customer service via phone only to get a voicemail.
im sorry, shouldn’t you be trying to impress a new customer with prompt email replies? complete waste of my time. trying out mytasker next…

Although we appreciate your business; this “trial” was not really a “trial” at all. It feels more like a “set up”… Honestly, who sends their first tasks at 7:25 PM and cancels before the start of the next business day. Then puts a bad review within the same hour. I really don’t want to call you out on this but it seems very suspicious. You even named a competitor in the review??? Do you work for that other company or have some connection with them? I would ask the site owner to take this review down but I’m confident our potential customers will read between the lines on this. It also give me another opportunity to tell them about our services. .
1. You have a dedicated project manager. This project manager that you talked to in the meeting on 5/18/15 works U.S. business hours. You knew this because we talked about it in the meeting and you were talking to him during normal U.S. business hours.
2. You sent your task request at 7:25 PM pacific time (after business hours). When your project manager got back to work the next morning you said you wanted to cancel.
3. We can take care of tasks overnight if they are submitted to your dedicated project manager before the end of the business day or to your dedicated virtual assistant. You do get both when you sign up with Task Bullet. You sent your task to your dedicated project manager (the one working U.S. business hours) had you sent it to your dedicated virtual assistant we would have completed the request before you had a chance to cancel the next morning.
If this was a real “trial” and not the “set up” it appears to be, then I would just ask you to be realistic in your expectations. Give us a chance to at least read the emailed request before you cancel and post a bad review.
I have been very happy with the Virtual Assistant service from Task Bullet. My virtual assistant has been very capable of the tasks I’ve assigned and has been fast at getting them done. I would recommend task bullet to anyone looking to lighten their work load.
Very poor experience. They put me through 3 VA’s my first week because the VA’s kept having “family issues”. None of the tasks ever get completed on time even though I expect only like 15 hrs of work a week. Even management doesn’t seem to care about my tasks being completed as the same problem keeps happening over and over.
For 3 weeks I gave this company a chance to help me with tasks. Week 1, one task, less than 6 hours of work, was not completed by the deadline. I had to wake up Saturday morning and finish it myself. They apologized and said they would make it up to me. Week 2, same exact thing happened! Week 3, I got a new VA who charged me a bunch of hours and did absolutely nothing. This task again was not completed because it was not started until 2 days after it was due. Even though I kept extending the deadline, the task was just delayed over and over by bs reasons. I would be an idiot to continue trying this service after 3 weeks of the same problems.
“our matches are about 97% accurate” – False, I received 3 VA’s my first week and none of them got their work done.
“see to it that all the tasks given to them are done with quality and accuracy. ” – False, they don’t care at all about the deadlines and do everything last minute.
“we value our clients and what they want.” – I did not feel this way at all. I felt like nobody cares about the deadlines or my business.
Let’s see if they give me trouble with a refund…

Knowing that you take customer satisfaction seriously, own up to mistakes and are working to improve gives me a lot of confidence in doing business with you. You’ll hear from us shortly.

“Andres” followed up immediately confirming anybody who reads this to agree with the somewhat bluntly honest comments made by Andres. You even have a next CTA (call to action) at the end of this “anonymous review by Andres” with “You’ll hear from us shortly.” (indirectly persuading anybody who read the review to get in touch with eahelp)
It’s a sneaky way some might consider to be a fake review, which was conveniently posted just a week and 2 days after your response. (simply set a random reminder in the future to followup – but not too far off so you can increase your conversion rates from people who read the bad review after those 9 days?)
Also, many of the reviews below appear to be you asking your employees to post reviews and they are all eerily around the same time frame.
Should you reply Wesley, I suspect it will be 100% denial of any and all claims. (Why wouldn’t it?)
Alternatively, we’ll see if this site owner deletes this comment. Although, if you’re a real visitor, trying to find legitimate, unbiased reviews and the site owner hasn’t deleted this comment, then he is likely not bias and you can trust his reviews and he by far deserves any commission he gets for having morals in an era where so many review sites are corrupt.

I make every effort to weed out the obviously fake reviews, but can’t promise that none ever slip through.
Richard, “call me out” ha ha… I spend my time on building a better company, not creating fictitious posts. I have an army of well-trained VA’s. If I was going to spend my time on fake reviews, I assure you I would have more than 15.
It’s unfortunate your first reaction to a positive post on a BAD review is to think it is fake.
Obviously you have lots of time on your hand. I hope you have time to spend it on things that will affect your life in a positive way.

As for Task Bullet, I haven’t had a chance to try them out but they stay in the back of my mind. I now work for my previous employer’s parent company and we do a lot of Fiver/Upwork outsourcing. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to increase my budget in ’16 to try out TaskBullet and get some additional help with our marketing tasks.
To Wesley: I understand growing pains and I really was impressed with your response. Keep up your professionalism and don’t give in to the temptation to react in kind to some of these comments. I hope if we do business in the future you have most of your kinks worked out however, ;D.
Working with TaskBullet has been a dream. I’d used some of the other services that offer you “tasks” for a certain amount per month; but you get a different person doing them each time.
Those were fine for doing research and making appointments and such. But, what I needed was someone who I could send stuff off to and my VA would just handle it. For the day-to-day stuff, it’s important that your assistant know you and your business so that things can get done quickly and efficiently without having to explain it brand new each time.
I’d hired my own VA’s through labor marketplaces, but I found that the people I’d hired didn’t stay consistent in terms of quality of output, and they also didn’t stick to the hours of availability we’d established ahead of time. Or, if I found a good one, they’d get hired away for more money elsewhere.
I had just about given up on having a VA, when I figured I’d give TaskBullet a try. From the beginning, they were different. I called the number on the website, and I spoke to Wes (Nappi) directly. He was totally approachable and answered all my questions.
When I signed on, they assigned me a project manager, who I love working with. She spoke with me about the skills I needed, the hours of availability, and what my goals were. She matched me with the perfect assistant!
The VA I was matched with has been awesome from the beginning. A fast learner, never complains, does everything I ask quickly and efficiently, and is eager to learn more!
TaskBullet saved me tons of time just in locating the perfect assistant. When I had to post jobs, read through all the responses, review resumes, set up interview calls, and try to run a business on top of all that, my days were incredibly long. TaskBullet saved the day by doing all that for me.
All I had to do was review the resumes, tell my project manager which one(s) I wanted to interview, and she took care of the rest. Once I found my assistant, we went right to work.
Finally, I’ve been able to achieve the time and stress freedom that all the Internet articles regarding having a VA promised!

Task Bullet is an excellent virtual staffing agency. My entire experience with them has been simple and seamless.
