Plans and Pricing

Outsourced price their service with an hourly rate per position of the virtual assistant.

The least expensive option for example is a Customer Service Assistant which will cost you $8 per/hr. While a Mid Developer is $14 per/hr, or a Senior Developer is $22 per/hr.

Outsourced state on their website that their pricing is only a guide, there is some room for negotiation based on your own unique requirements and the skillset of their assistants. If you want to secure the best possible price, have all of your requirements clearly laid out and be prepared to discuss this with a customer service rep.

    In order to achieve the 24x7x365 live technical answer we needed to invest in more resources and therefore looked at a number of locations globally to see where we could find the right talent at the right cost and after careful consideration we decide to locate our resources in Manila. We then embarked on our due diligence exercise of selecting the right company to partner with, our criteria was relatively straight forward (or so we thought) we needed technical people who were willing to work shifts and have great customer facing skills, we chose a number of companies to work however only one could find the right candidates and that was Outsourced, we started with a small group to cover our weekend shift work and have been so happy with both the people they have brought on board we have decided to expand the operation. This
    is testament to the flexibility and determination of the Outsourced team who have been more like an extension to our own company rather than a 3rd party.

    Outsourced have been an enormous support and very patient as we progress slowly down the outsourcing path. They have integrated perfectly in to our team and with all interactions with Outsourced staff we have found them to be incredibly helpful and accommodating

  1. DO NOT use this company for sales. As long as you are the one making the payments, Outsourced staff is friendly and responsive. If they fail, as they did my company, they become non responsive and blatantly lie about issuing refunds. BEWARE!
