If I could give them 10 stars I would! Literally the best support ever, every time I use WP Fix It. I’ve been using their services quite often as I am not an expert with technical website stuff and they solve my problems within minutes. Yes, literally MINUTES. They’re so quick, friendly, and knowledgeable… like I really love WP Fix It.
I installed WP Forms Lite but it wasn’t working. The submitted data was not going to my email address (or anywhere else). It seemed that I needed to install some sort of STMP thing but I had no idea how to do it.

There are no words to describe the lightning fast, easy and accessible service they provide to their customers. It is unmatchable. Used (these hacks) WP Fix It years ago. Wasn’t until I decided to install Google Translate on my WP site and started testing it out, changing language and moving about the site doing so that I discovered WP Fix It had plastered there links throughout my site. These people are SCUM, entirely. They are the Suge Knight of the WordPress world! Avoid like the plague!

I have tried them twice but both of the time they failed to delivered what they promised, then i used fiverr services from https://www.virtualassistantassistant.com/fiverr this guy provides a top notch services for WordPress and i also tried https://fixmywp.website they are also good in fixing wordpress issues, they take little more tome but doing a real job.

WP Fix is HORRIFIC!
Hired them to speed up my WordPress site.
In trying to speed site, they corrupted the PHP login (which prevents you from logging in to your site)
Then offered to sell me a security product that would “stop hackers”.
When I contacted them, minutes after they logged in to work on site… this is the reply I received.. trying to blame hackers and sell me another product to prevent hackers.

They only got rude from there… then they deleted my account on their site to try to hide their tracks.

Speed Site product was purchased.
They logged in, made changes and corrupted my login PHP file and then said I was hacked.
They then tried to sell me a security product and refused to fix what they broke.
Stay Away!!!

This is as close to a scam as a legitimate business can be. Their splash page promises to fix most issues for $39. I had a couple of small issues (such as hiding the titles on my pages). The tech told me everything that I listed would cost $250. I told him to forget it and refund my $39 (charged upfront). This is where they tell you that their policy is that you have to pay $19.99 for them to tell you how much it’s going to cost to fix your site. No exceptions, no excuses. I am offended by this business model.
This company reached out to me and resolved the issue. Please disregard this review.

The way this “company” handles it clients and it’s business is deplorable, low, lame and childish.
Generally, when I see someone offering a 100% refund, I’m interested – and it means they stand behind their products. NOT THE CASE HERE.
As a quite a few of the real (not purchased) reviews here state – the way this place handles their customers and their offerings is plain silly.
100% refund? Nah, fam – 100% belittling, evading, ugly and downright mean handling. Bad (incompetent) service and a whole heaping helping of backpeddling and not doing what they “guarantee” they’ll do.
I’d rather flush my money and my website down my own toilet instead of paying these “people” to do it for me.
