How it Works
When you sign up they match you up with dedicated assistants, with the view to stick with you for as long as you need them. This means over time you can build up a stronger working relationship as the assistant gets a more in-depth understanding of your business.
Besides dedicated assistants, Mindy Supports also provide project managers and a Team Lead who will help you plan your assistants work, establish milestones, and set clear progress reporting guidelines.
Their assistants are college graduates and skilled in various EU languages, such as English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Dutch. They are also trained in each area of their services, not general VA’s that take on all and any tasks.

Plans and Pricing
Mindy Supports has four different plans as follows:
- Part-Time Support – 2.5 days a week.
- Full-Time Assistant – 5 days per week.
- Round-the-Clock Assistant – 7 days per week.
- Hourly Support – 40 hours per month.
Prices can vary depending on the specific tasks you’d like your assistant to perform, but these are our standard base prices for sales and marketing support:
- Part-time (20 hours a week) – $650 a month, taxes and fees included.
- Full-time (40 hours a week) – $945 a month, taxes and fees included.

The company offers a 1-month trial period during which you can replace or terminate your assistant with one days’ notice for a full refund.
