Their rates are generally higher than you’ll find overseas, but you have to weigh that against the benefits of employing a native English speaker and “hiring American.” You won’t have to worry about time zones or cultural misunderstandings, or be anxious about giving your personal and business information to someone halfway around the world. A US-based VA can possibly present a professional alternative to the lower cost options, while still offering the benefits of outsourcing.
